Congratulations Mark Beard !

Mark was selected to represent England 0ver 60s in a charity tournament in Jersey.We are all familiar with Marks competitive nature as soon as he puts his boots on and for his love of the game. This’ ‘blue nose’ has the privilege of being Tamworth Strollers first player to represent his country and our congratulations go to him.The tournament took place over the weekend of May 17th/18th with three competitive games of 40 minutes. The team did really well with 2 draws and a narrow 4-3 defeat in the final. Mark being on the scoresheet in a 1-1 draw against Jersey 60s.
